Purpose of the position: This position will be part of the Group Total Rewards team and will be responsible to design, develop and implement global rewards programs, policies and processes in-line with the company objectives and business needs. As a CoE, this role will partner with Business Partners and other CoEs and act as an advisor and consultant on the delivery of Global Compensation & Benefits programs and policies Key Responsibilities : Drive the design and implementation of global rewards programs such as annual salary review and annual incentive programs and grading to help attract and retain top talent Identify and drive standardization and process improvements including digitization of processes such as implementation of annual salary review process in SuccessFactors Design global frameworks to drive compliance agenda in the area of compensation such as EU Pay Transparency Collaborate with P&O Business partners to understand business needs and provide guidance around pay competitiveness, best practices and benchmarks Contribute towards Building total rewards capability globally within P&O
