* Shape and advance HR strategies and processes across the assigned scope in line with business goals and the overall HR framework
* Advise the Board Member and senior leaders on strategic HR matters, including people management, organizational development, and leadership topics
* Lead and coordinate strategic HR initiatives and projects, including cross-functional topics across the board area and the wider HR organization
* Support local HR managers and leadership teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards
* Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development in close partnership with business stakeholders and HR Global Functional Teams
* Partner with Global Functional Teams to design and implement tailored HR solutions that meet business-specific needs
* Act as the main HR contact for leadership teams on personnel management and leadership matters, providing sound and pragmatic guidance
* Degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field
* Proven experience advising and partnering with C-level executives in complex, international organizations
* Strong track record in advising senior management, leading teams, and translating business needs into effective HR strategies and execution
* Broad expertise across core HR areas, including employee relations, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership support
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional HR initiatives, drive transformation, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and standards
* Experience collaborating across regional, local, and global structures, including Global Functional Teams and diverse business functions
* Focus on disciplined execution, transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the assigned HR scope
* Fluent in English
* Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, provide direction, and ensure consistent execution across global teams
