Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role As Expert Functional Consulting - Logistics & Manufacturing (m/f/d), you will drive the design, governance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and logistics processes within our global SAP S/4HANA landscape. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers, you will ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and high-quality solution delivery. A key focus of the role is the integration of acquired entities into our global SAP S/4HANA template. You will lead the design of scalable, fit-to-standard Plan-to-Produce and Logistics solutions, ensuring process, data, and testing readiness while enabling fast, business-safe deployments. Through strong governance and functional expertise, you will balance standardization with evolving business requirements and support the continuous optimization of our global manufacturing and logistics capabilities. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Ensure stable and high-quality SAP S/4HANA operations for Plan-to-Produce & Logistic, aligned with SLAs and KPIs * Lead end-to-end solution design across Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Logistics, aligned with global template standards * Drive fast onboarding and migration of acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption * Govern external service providers and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and accountability * Ensure integration, master data readiness, and testing quality for deployments and enhancements * Promote fit-to-standard adoption while managing controlled template enhancements under design authority governance Show your expertise 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Logistics, and Plan-to-Produce (P2P) processes Proven track record in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects Deep knowledge of Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and integration with Procurement and Finance Strong understanding of MRP, demand and capacity planning, production orders, BOMs, routings, and shopfloor execution Experience with SAP Fiori, workflows, approval processes, and cross-functional integration scenarios Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments; fluent English required, SAP certification and German language skills are advantageous, with willingness to travel for project deployments and business integration activities What we offer you * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location in Stuttgart features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Catering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floor * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through EGYM Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in Germany Contact You want to be part of the Exyte team?
