Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role As a Commissioning - Electrical, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team, applying your electrical expertise to ensure systems are properly installed, tested, and commissioned, while supporting the smooth and coordinated execution of all commissioning activities. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Manage end-to-end commissioning activities for assigned electrical systems and packages, ensuring structured progression from construction completion through testing, energization, and final turnover * Provide strong technical expertise in electrical engineering topics (HV/MV/LV power systems, distribution, protection, and controls), ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and project continuity * Act as an Expert point of contact for all electrical commissioning activities, coordinating closely with vendors, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders * Develop and execute electrical commissioning strategies, including test procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), work packs, and detailed documentation aligned with project and compliance requirements * Plan and manage electrical system sequencing, energization activities, LOTO/permit-to-work processes, and risk mitigation across complex power systems * Lead electrical QA/QC activities and field execution, including inspections, walkdowns, punch list management, testing (e.g. power quality, protection, loop checks), and final system close-out Show your expertise * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline * Several years of experience in electrical commissioning, preferably in data centers or missiong-critical facilities * Understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including HV/MV/LV power systems, AC/DC distribution, and load flow concepts * Experience with electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and protection schemes * Familiar with commissioning standards * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills What we offer * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location in Stuttgart features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Catering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floor * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through Egym Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in Germany Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
