Your Responsibilities Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing Python backends and Django REST APIs that drive our automated internal platforms and tools Design efficient workflows to process, parse, and transform complex JSON data structures with high speed and reliability Manage and scale our database systems by handling migrations and updates across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB setups Partner closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth user experiences and robust system stability across all applications Participate in collaborative code reviews to keep our codebase clean, modular, secure, and easily maintainable Boost backend performance by optimizing data queries, implementing security best practices, and driving process automation Create clear technical documentation and system maps to help the team understand and scale the application architecture Your Profile Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a comparable technical field of study Initial practical experience (ideally 6 to 18 months) in software engineering with Python and web frameworks such as Django Solid understanding of database design, query writing, and data handling in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB Familiarity with Git workflows and a strong interest in containerizing and deploying services using Docker Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex logical challenges and building highly secure systems Excellent communication skills in English, while German language skills are a welcome bonus but not mandatory What’s Offered An international, collaborative, and highly professional team environment Regular team-building events, social activities, and company celebrations to strengthen our bond Continuous learning paths, personal development, and long-term career growth opportunities Challenging and exciting projects utilizing the latest frontend and web technologies Interested?
