Working Student Outsourcing (m/f/x)

• As an Outsourcing Working Student, you will support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management • You are supporting internal departments and relevant control functions throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party risk management at Scalable Capital (onboarding, monitoring, offboarding) • In coordination with internal stakeholders, you will support the central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and other external service providers • You support consistently high quality in the monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities across our internal departments • You work closely with our Outsourcing Team and support the preparation of risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board • You support the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks • Passionate about Third Party Processes and Regulations • Basic understanding of information security regulations, requirements and controls • Reliable, discreet, motivated and self-driven • Adaptable to new and variable topics • Enthusiastic to learn and take on new challenges • Very good written and verbal communication skills  • Studying law, business law, business administration or a similar fields is considered a plus • You are fluent in English and German • Be part of one of the fastest-growing and most visible Fintech startups in Europe, creating innovative services that have a substantial impact on the lives of our customers • The ability to work with an international, diverse, inclusive, and ever-growing team that loves creating the best products for our clients • Enjoy an office in the heart of Munich, located in a lively neighbourhood and close to the English garden • All internships are worth the same with us: we also remunerate mandatory internships  • Learn and grow by joining our in-house knowledge sharing sessions • Work productively with the latest hardware and tools • Free subscription to the PRIME+ Broker
