We are hiring a Training & Education Specialist (m/f/d) – Europe based ## Your Strength - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)  - Experience as a Clinical Specialist, Training & Education Specialist, Product Specialist, or within the aortic repair/endovascular field  - Experience delivering technical and clinical product training  - Knowledge of endovascular therapies, anatomy, and pathology  - Experience developing training materials, educational programs, and e-learning content  - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms  - Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills  - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills  - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across international, cross-functional teams  ## Your Contribution - Develop, deliver, and continuously improve Training & Education programs across the EMEA region  - Plan and conduct internal and external product training, certification, and onboarding activities  - Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and educational documentation  - Manage assigned learning content and support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)  - Coordinate onboarding, reinforcement, and recertification programs  - Support customer workshops and educational events across EMEA  - Manage training equipment and educational resources to ensure training readiness  - Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements  - Collaborate closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Sales  - Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Training & Education programs  ## Our Strength - An international team with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration  - A dynamic role with exposure to colleagues and customers across the EMEA region  - Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development opportunities  - The opportunity to shape and improve training programs that directly support customer success  - A meaningful career with a clear mission: saving lives  ## Contact Apply now and join the Artivion team.
