Technical Project Manager Earth Observation Missions (m/f/d)

## Your Tasks - Leading the preparation and execution of Earth Observation mission and system proposals for ESA, EC, DLR, commercial customers etc. - Leading the project team throughout the development of the project - Organize and lead regular project meetings to plan and review the project progress - Analyse, define and coordinate requirements with the project team and the customer(s) - Management and co-ordination of individual project partners and subcontractors - Be responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of studies or projects - Leading the negotiations, strengthening our relationships with clients, and acting as a liaison to key stakeholders in client organisations ## Your Qualifications - Successful completion of a degree in aerospace, engineering or a related field that demonstrates your expertise - Practical experience, preferably in the dynamic space industry, where you have demonstrated your practical knowledge - Knowledge of space projects, including systems and operations - Proven experience in preparing persuasive proposals that emphasizes your ability to make effective presentations. - A deep understanding of complicated institutional structures that will enable you to navigate our challenging environment - Passion and knowledge in the field of space is not only desirable, but is the foundation for our mutual success.
