A Snapshot of Your Day  As Team Lead Project Execution Order Management, you lead a team of Project Managers within the Converter Factory in Nuremberg. Your mission is to ensure stable, reliable, and customer-focused project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle. You enable your team to deliver complex customer projects successfully while driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact  * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, decision-making, and a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence and customer satisfaction * Ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and high-quality project execution across the entire project lifecycle while maintaining business continuity and operational stability * Act as the primary escalation point for critical project situations, ensuring transparent management of project risks, schedules, resources, and delivery performance * Drive cross-functional collaboration and actively manage interfaces between Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Tender Management, Quality, Customers, and other key stakeholders * Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance project execution, predictability, and operational performance * Support the transformation of the Order Management organization into a best-in-class project execution function through continuous improvement and organizational development What You Bring * Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification * Long-term professional experience in project execution, project management, operations, or a related industrial environment * Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams, combined with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills * Passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence with a high level of ownership, accountability, and customer orientation * Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, complemented by a collaborative and team-oriented mindset * Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, along with fluent German and English language skills About the Team Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
