Team Lead Creative Production (f/m/x) - Maternity Cover

• Oversee End-to-End Production: Manage the full creative production process, from pre-production planning through filming and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Lead and Inspire the Creative Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of producers, editors, and other creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with copywriting, marketing, and brand teams to translate creative concepts into executable production plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Resource and Schedule Management: Allocate resources, manage production schedules, and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to optimize workflow and meet deadlines • Quality Control and Creative Direction: Review and approve production outputs to ensure they meet brand standards and creative briefs, providing constructive feedback and creative guidance to the team as needed • Proven experience in creative production or as a producer, ideally covering the full spectrum—pre-production, production, and post-production— or an openness and eagerness to learn the entire process from start to finish • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor creative teams while taking full responsibility for project outcomes • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of anticipating challenges, finding creative solutions, and independently driving projects forward • Professional, established presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, reflecting maturity, reliability, and a professional demeanor • Hands-on technical experience in creative production, including direction, video editing, and a basic understanding of camera work, is highly desirable ***Please note that the position is a maternity cover*** Please submit your CV and portfolio in English to be considered for this role.
