Team Lead - Cloud Administration (m/f/x)

• Disciplinary and technical management of the CA team • Responsibility for technical 2nd level support and maintenance for our cloud applications • Management and further development of IT processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment • Establishment and maintenance of internal and external tools • Close cooperation and regular exchange with our security, infrastructure and business teams • Successfully completed studies in information technology or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar) • Experience in the disciplinary management of teams • Proven success in IT project management • Demonstrated ability in complex root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution. • Commitment to high-quality deliverables and rigorous standards in solution deployment and documentation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
