Join us as a Social Media Working Student to help Qonto build its presence everywhere our customers engage, on social platforms and in the inbox. You'll create content that captures attention, support the newsletter that keeps hundreds of thousands of SMEs across Germany informed, and work directly with Beate (Social Media) and Daniela (Marketing Manager), under the guidance of Laura Günder, our Head of Marketing Central Europe.
➡️ What you'll do
Create high-impact social content: Write copy, design graphics, and produce short-form video content, including on-camera appearances, following a clear hook-story-CTA structure.
Scout creators and customer voices: Identify influencers and Qonto customers worth featuring, based on reach, niche, and brand fit.
Support event amplification: Produce content before, during, and after events, and coordinate giveaways or raffles that drive engagement.
Maintain our social presence: Monitor competitor activity and manage community interactions.
Own the customer newsletter: Write the copy, build it in our CRM tool, and coordinate with Growth, Product, and CRM to deliver it on schedule.
➡️ What we're looking for
Native-level German with strong English: you write copy that resonates with German SMEs and communicate comfortably in English.
Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communication: with 1-2 years of study remaining.
Experience creating content on camera and behind the scenes: you can write, design, and film content that feels authentic.
Skilled at coordinating across stakeholders: you've managed cross-team collaboration without losing momentum.
Comfortable with AI tools: you use them to accelerate content creation, research, or reporting.
➡️ What we can offer you
A dual scope: split your time between social content creation and newsletter/CRM marketing, building both creative and cross-functional skills.
Direct ownership: from scripting a creator video to building a newsletter, your work reaches Qonto's audience directly.
Cross-team exposure: you'll work directly with Growth, Product, CRM, and our Social Media team.
On-camera experience: for candidates interested in this, real opportunities to build content presence in front of the camera.
➡️ Your future manager
You'll report to Laura Günder, our Head of Marketing Central Europe. Laura has 8 years of experience scaling marketing at fast-growing tech and fintech companies. She grew Doctolib's marketing from B2B through brand and product positioning, and led Helpling's marketing across multiple European markets. She has a track record of scaling teams and building sustainable growth in competitive markets, and offers hands-on coaching rather than distant oversight.
