Limited, beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit dem Verkauf und dem technischen Service von Spritzgießmaschinen und den dazugehörigen Automatisierungszubehörteilen. Yizumi Precision Machinery (Germany) GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yizumi Precision Machinery (HK) Co., Limited, is mainly engaged in the sales and technical service of injection molding machines and related automation accessory parts. We are now seeking a Service Technician for Injection Molding and Die-Casting Machines (m/f/d) to join our team. Responsibilities: 1.Participate training: Participate in various training organized by technical service department to improve technical ability and comprehensive service ability. 2.Suggestion or formulation of subsidiary stock spare parts: Responsible for the plan suggestion or formulation of subsidiary stock spare parts. 3.Submit the summary of machine quality problems: Submit the summary of machine quality problems in the responsible area and put forward suggestions for machine quality improvement. 4.Assist warehouse inventory: Responsible for assisting other colleagues of the subsidiary to complete the on-site inventory of spare parts warehouse of the subsidiary. 5.Follow all company and customer safety policies. 6.Machine operation: Install, repair, and maintain Injection Molding Machinery, linear robot, hopper dryer, auto-load, chiller, and related software, and control systems. 7.Perform all safety checks on the equipment. 8.Follow all of the company's procedures. 9.Demonstration and customer training: Demonstrate the use of the equipment, and provide customer training. 10.Troubleshoot machine failures: Troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues (Define service problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions) and perform root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Document findings and actions. 11.Order replacement parts: Order replacement parts as required and document other worn parts which may need replaced in the future. 12.Respond quickly to customer : Respond quickly to customer problems via phone, email, or onsite in a prompt, courteous and professional way. 13.Maintenance and operation: Provide maintenance and operation recommendations or on-site service to customers. 14.Provide written reports on all service: Provide written reports on all service calls, making sure to document key contacts, and the workload of the machines. 15.Provide after-sales service and technical training: Provide after-sales service and technical training for customers and agents, including but not limited to equipment safety, operation, maintenance, plastic raw materials and molding process training. 16.Translate service files: Translate service files into local languages if necessary. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Plastics Engineering, or equivalent field. 2.Other academic backgrounds, but with 5+ years of experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance. 3.Proficient in electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical assembly/component drawings for injection molding machines and peripheral equipment; 4. Possess English and German language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 5. Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 6. Expertise in operating and maintaining injection molding machines and peripheral equipment. 7. Knowledge of traditional plastic raw materia. 8.Proficient in operating office software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 9.Capable of handling on-site repairs and maintenance tasks with independent problem-solving skills; 10. Strong safety awareness to protect oneself and others; 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customers, company staff, and suppliers; 12. Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles; 13. Possession of a machinist certification, electrician certification, or equivalent credentials meeting local country requirements for after-sales service work.
