To achieve this, our Leasing and Fleet Management business units work hand in hand and are perfectly complemented by the newly acquired Captive Leasing business segment. * Change Management: You support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across the Business and IT organization * Experienced in IT Project and Program Management: You have 10-15 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in car financing industry and at least 5 of them managing multiple projects * Proficient in Change Management: You design and implement strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless transitions
