Senior Industrial Technician

• Experience in mechanical, electromechanical or mechatronic assembly, or in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to read and work with technical documentation, drawings and assembly instructions. • Hands-on approach, accuracy and strong attention to detail. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. • Willingness to work onsite in Munich, Germany. • English proficiency at C1 level. Nice to have • Experience with diagnostics, functional testing or quality inspection. • Previous experience in e-mobility, automotive, industrial automation, robotics, maintenance or technical service. • German language skills. We are looking for an Industrial Technician who will support our client in Munich during the production ramp-up phase. You will be involved in mechanical and electromechanical assembly, component integration, functional testing, diagnostics, and production support as the manufacturing process is established and optimized. Project details • Location: Munich, Germany. • Work model: Onsite. • Start date: ASAP (August). • Project duration: Currently planned until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. • Cooperation model: Freelance (B2B). • Accommodation: For free, provided by the client. • Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of product components. • Integrate electrical, electronic and mechatronic systems. • Prepare components and work according to technical documentation and assembly instructions. • Carry out basic diagnostics and functional testing. • Identify, report and support the resolution of technical issues during assembly. • Support production launch and serial production stabilization. • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and the client's technical team. • Ensure high quality and compliance with production standards.
