The person contributes significantly to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit practices, while providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Lead and execute complex audits across operational, project, financial, and compliance areas, assessing governance, risks, controls, and process effectiveness. * Identify and evaluate emerging risks, partnering with stakeholders to develop practical recommendations that strengthen controls and governance. * Prepare and present impactful audit reports for senior management, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights. * Drive process and control improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the continuous development of the Internal Control System (ICS). * Act as a trusted advisor and mentor, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices across the organization. Show your expertise * Master's degree in a relevant field with a professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE). * 12+ years of internal audit experience, including leading complex audits and managing audit teams. * Expert knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit technologies. * Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess complex risks. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and influencing decision-making. * Strategic, proactive leader with a track record of mentoring teams, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
