ENERCON GmbH Your tasks * IMS Maturity development and integration - target one system, not many * Support regional teams with gap analysis and required changes * Communicate structural process change, ensure process owners support all users. * Analyse global IMS frameworks, initiate and report local implementations/ roadmaps * Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations are considered * Chair or support: IMS steering committees/ forum * Align IMS activities with business leaders, operations, and functional heads * Support internal audit programmes * Define and track IMS KPIs and maturity metrics Your qualifications * Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards * Minimum 5 years experience in quality based role with (degree or masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Quality Management or Business Administration / Operations Management * APQP as a must, using of q-methods * Experience converting audit outputs into improvement initiatives, including change management * Experience working across multiple countries or regions * Exposure to manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments * Familiarity with digital tools supporting IMS (e.g. SAP, SharePoint workflows, audit platforms) * Ability to balance global standardisation with local flexibility * Strong stakeholder, communication, and influencing skills
