Your responsibilities: - Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions - Perform functional and visual checks during assembly - Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking) - Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment - Identify process improvements and support team efficiency Your qualifications: - Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background - Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing - Familiarity with technical drawings and tools - Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail We offer you: - Attractive pay of €17.10 gross per hour - Currently working in a day shift starting at 6:00 a.m.; transition to a two-shift system planned in the medium term - Fully equipped kitchen available for free use during breaks - Excellent opportunity for permanent employment - Opportunity to contribute actively and make an impact in a start-up environment Have we caught your interest?
