YOUR PROFILE Education • Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar • Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments • Initial leadership experience (hands-on) Skillset • Strong understanding of inspection processes • Experience with measurement tools • Structured and practical mindset • Ability to lead in an operational environment Blackwave Code in Action Accountability.
