#### Job description We created mid 2022 a new organization “Operations Performance & Continuous Improvement” (PCI) and therefore are searching for a Operations Performance & Continuous Improvement (PCI) Leader (f/m/d) at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. The mission of this new organization: - Boost AOS (Airbus Operating System) deployment in Operations, focusing on our “Industrial Basics” - Accelerate and strengthen continuous improvement and problem solving within Operations - Accelerate and sustain performance increase of operational flows and teams Your location At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.
