Improve. • Prepare processes for industrialization • Reduce variability • Improve efficiency YOUR PROFILE Education & Experience • Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science or similar • Several years of experience in: metal forming / manufacturing, process engineering • Experience in industrial environments (preferably aerospace or automotive) Skills • Understanding of material behavior in forming processes • Process optimization experience • Quality and defect analysis • Structured, data-driven approach Mindset Accountability: You take ownership of your process and your impact.
