We're looking for innovative thinkers who are ready to shape our company's future. As a Manager Consulting, you'll design, execute, and steer strategic initiatives within Boehringer Ingelheim. You'll independently coordinate project tasks, run data analyses, develop hypotheses and strategize solutions. Tasks & responsibilities * As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim. * You will independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders. * With your experience, you will run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization. * Having the successful outcome always in mind, you will track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives, in close collaboration with our business partners. Requirements * Excellent master's degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus) * Several years' experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma * Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects * Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail * Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills * C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.
