Solutions Manager, Technology Solutions (m/f/d) in Leuna, Germany.

development laboratories in Leuna, we are developing biorefinery
technologies and product applications in a project-driven matrix
organization. As Laboratory Solutions Manager, you will lead the team
that keeps our laboratories running and ensures that laboratory
technicians and apprentices can contribute effectively to project work

Manager, Intermediates-to-Products Technology What you will do Lead
the Laboratory Solutions team in Leuna, with line-management
responsibility for lab technicians and apprentices Ensure safe and
reliable laboratory operations in compliance with HSE, quality, and
documentation requirements Organize team tasks, clarify
responsibilities and ensure efficient workflows Manage all activities
needed to keep laboratories operational, including maintenance
Organize and plan the allocation of laboratory technicians to projects
Own performance discussions and development follow-up for the team,
and support the development of technicians and apprentices through
structured training and regular feedback Work closely with
researchers, operations, and technology teams to enable high-quality
research results Who you are You have a Master’s degree (e.g. in
chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, process technology)
and at least 5 years of leadership experience, or a strong hands-on
laboratory leadership background with at least 10 years of leadership
experience You have experience leading an R&D laboratory and are
familiar with working with lab technicians in a laboratory environment
You understand safe and compliant laboratory work, including HSE,
quality, and documentation requirements You are comfortable
coordinating daily laboratory operations and handling multiple
operational topics in parallel You are a structured and dependable
leader with a supportive and approachable style You work well with
different stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams You
