kick-start your career, learn from experienced professionals, and grow

looking for a ( Junior) Java Developer (m/f/x) to join our team! Job
Description Start your journey with us, bring your ideas to the table,
and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our
customers. You’ll work in a collaborative and agile environment
alongside experienced developers who will support you in building your
technical skills and growing your career. Your playing field: Build
software hand-in-hand with AI agents. Using AI to design, write,
review and ship code is becoming core to how we work, not an
afterthought — you'll grow into steering agents effectively as part
of your daily craft. Develop full-stack applications, primarily
powered by Java in the backend and React in the frontend, within a
modern and continuously evolving technology landscape. Support the
design, implementation and maintenance of end-to-end solutions,
choosing the right technologies for each problem rather than being
locked into a single framework. Work closely with experienced
engineers across the entire software development lifecycle, from
concept to production. Participate in code reviews, pair programming
and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously sharpen your craft. Own
your contributions end to end — from clean, well-tested code to the
supporting documentation that makes your work usable by the whole
team. Qualifications Which skills you should bring to the pitch:
Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
AI-native way of working. This is what matters most to us. AI is
already an integral part of your toolbox — you have a feel for how
LLMs behave, you know how to steer an agent toward a good result, and
you naturally work with tools such as MCPs and skills. You can hardly
imagine building software without AI agents at your side. Engineering
foundation. First hands-on experience with Java — through
internships, working-student positions, university or personal
projects, or professional work — as a solid foundation to build on
rather than the limit of what you want to do. Ecosystem fluency.
Besides core technologies like Java, you have a solid understanding of
the supporting ecosystems and frameworks (for example Spring and the
wider JVM and web landscape). Software engineering. Interest in
software architecture, clean code, and software development best
practices. Databases. Basic understanding of different database
technologies, such as relational (SQL) and document-based databases.
Version control. Familiarity with Git and collaborative version
control workflows. Cloud & DevOps. Curiosity about cloud technologies,
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD processes. Innovation
& growth mindset. You welcome change and like being at the edge of
what's possible. Reading about new tools, trying them out and
experimenting feels natural to you — and you bring a strong drive to
learn, develop new skills and take on new challenges. Collaboration. A
collaborative mindset with good communication skills and the ability
to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Language. Good command
of English, both written and spoken, as English is the primary
language of communication in an international team. Additional
Information This is how we score with you: Established International
Group. We have a solid foundation on which to grow. Personal and
Professional Growth. Your development matters to us. We provide
mentoring, regular feedback sessions, and individual growth
opportunities to help you build your career. Learning Culture. Work
alongside experienced engineers who actively support your development
and share their knowledge. Relocation Support. To make your move to
