• During your internship, you will play an active role in developing actuator systems for humanoid robots. Join our innovative team and help shape the future of robotics by focusing on the core components that bring these robots to life. • You will gain an understanding of the system architecture and motion control as well as actively assist with the robot setup. • Your task will include the analyzing of intricate dependencies and relationships between various actuator components, such as motors, gears, sensors as well as the overall robotic system. • In addition, you will work closely with our engineering teams, supporting them through the development process from concept to implementation. • Furthermore, you will be involved in analyzing measurement and validation data from our test benches, using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or Python, in order to assess actuator performance. • Last but not least, you will contribute to the integration, testing and validation of the actuator systems in our next-generation humanoid robots. • Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable • Experience and Knowledge: • good comprehension of system-level cause-and-effect relationships across mechanical and software components • basic understanding of vehicle brake systems • proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • experience in data analysis is advantageous • Personality and Working Practice: you are an individual who takes the initiative, with a system-oriented mindset and the ability to analyze the interactions of cross-disciplinary components (hardware/software) at different system levels, working in an autonomous way • Work Routine: your on-site presence is required • Languages: business fluent in German and very good in English Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
