About EIT RawMaterials As the world moves towards a greener future,
the demand for raw materials—minerals and metals—is set to
increase immensely over the next three decades. Europe faces a
critical challenge in securing a stable supply of these essential
resources. This challenge is where EIT RawMaterials steps in. EIT
RawMaterials is at the forefront of driving innovation and
sustainability in the raw materials sector. As an Innovation Community
within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), we
collaborate with over 300 partners across industry, academia, and
research institutes. Together, we forge dynamic, long-term
partnerships to develop innovative solutions that meet Europe's
growing demand for raw materials. Tasks Information Management &
Architecture Design, implement, and continuously improve the
organization's information and document management architecture. Own
the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint information management environment.
Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, business applications, and the wider
IT landscape. Define information architecture, metadata, taxonomy,
access controls, and governance standards. Ensure scalable, secure,
and future-ready information management solutions. Document Management
& Governance Lead the development and operation of the Document
Management System (DMS). Establish governance for document
organization, metadata, permissions, lifecycle management, and
information classification. Define standards for document storage,
retrieval, version control, and collaboration. Ensure information
remains accessible, structured, and compliant throughout its
lifecycle. Compliance & Process Automation Translate legal,
regulatory, and business requirements into effective information
management solutions. Manage document retention, archiving, and
records management processes. Ensure compliant, audit-ready
information storage and governance. Design and optimize automated
workflows, approvals, electronic signatures, and lifecycle processes.
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and user experience using
Microsoft 365 technologies. Digital Workplace & User Enablement Own
information management and digital workplace solutions within IT
Operations. Promote best practices for collaboration, document
management, and knowledge sharing. Evaluate and implement enhancements
that improve governance and usability. Deliver training, user
documentation, onboarding materials, and guidance for Microsoft 365,
SharePoint, DMS platforms, and emerging technologies such as Copilot.
Vendor Management & Security Manage implementation partners,
consultants, and external service providers. Ensure solution quality,
governance, security, and alignment with business objectives. Oversee
implementations, enhancements, and ongoing solution performance.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, ISO 27001, and
information governance requirements. Collaborate with security, legal,
and compliance teams to mitigate information risks and embed privacy
and security by design. Profile Strong experience in designing
information architectures and document management solutions, including
structured storage, collaboration, and lifecycle concepts. · Hands-on
expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, with familiarity
in modern tools such as Copilot Studio or comparable platforms. ·
Solid understanding of data structures, metadata models, and access
management concepts, with the ability to design scalable and
user-friendly solutions. · Experience in establishing governance
frameworks and applying "compliance-by-design” principles within
systems and processes. · Good understanding of system integrations
and application landscapes, including how to connect information
management solutions with business systems (e.g. ERP, databases, SaaS
tools). · Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows
and digital processes, improving efficiency and standardisation. ·
Experience in driving user adoption and delivering
training/enablement, ensuring effective and consistent usage of
systems across the organisation. · Experience in working with
external vendors or implementation partners, ensuring quality delivery
and alignment with requirements. · Awareness of information security,
data protection, and risk mitigation practices, and ability to
incorporate them into system design. · Excellent communication
skills, with the ability to act as the central coordination point
between business stakeholders and external IT providers for
information management and governance activities. Additional
