About the role
As Head of T&O Controlling, you will lead a global team of finance professionals and be responsible for all financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and governance activities across the T&O organization. Acting as a trusted business partner to the COO, CFO, and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic financial insights, drive investment and performance decisions, and ensure robust controls, compliance, and operational excellence across all T&O sites.
This is your new role
- Lead and develop the Global T&O Controlling team (40+FTEs), including performance management, coaching, and capability building.
- Own the delivery of central T&O financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent reporting across all T&O Sites.
- Provide executive‑level financial insights, turning data into clear narratives and recommendations for the COO, CFO, and senior leadership.
- Own execution of the T&O planning calendar and governance, driving consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all financial cycles (Budget, RFF, Strategic Plan).
- Lead financial analysis and support strategic projects. Ensuring business cases assess opportunities available across different scenarios and drive effective decision making within the project teams.
- Drive the CAPEX process, ensuring effective and efficient processes and procedures in place to support the business making the right investment decisions, and projects are held accountable for post investment performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of Capex and Opex commitments for business planning.
- Ensure effective business controls and standardized processes are in place to cover all T&O cycles, drive compliance with Nexperia SOPs and ensure controls are robust, effective and efficient.
- Serve as a key member of the T&O management team, supporting the COO and Management Team drive improvements in all areas of T&O performance.
This is you
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualifications as an MBA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and related Business processes such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management etc.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing global teams, driving performance management, talent development, and organizational capability building
- Excellent understanding of financial controls, governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and process standardization, ensuring robust and efficient operating practices across global organizations
- Proven stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive level, challenge constructively, drive change, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently to international senior stakeholders; additional languages are considered a plus
