Lead platform modernisation, rationalisation and cloud transformation initiatives. Drive operational excellence across all platform service towers. Define global governance, standards and service management frameworks. Build and manage strategic technology vendor partnerships. Lead globally distributed teams and managed service providers. Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency. Drive automation, AI enablement and continuous improvement initiatives. Build and continuously evolve a product-centric and service-oriented operating model. Contributing your strengths: your qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, Platform Management or IT Operations leadership. Strong experience managing global enterprise applications and platform organisations. Proven track record in large-scale transformation and modernization programs. Deep understanding of enterprise applications and service delivery models. Strong financial and vendor management capabilities. Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
