Partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal and Corporate leadership teams. Lead global transformation programs across ERP, HCM and Enterprise Service platforms. Establish target architectures and technology standards. Drive innovation in AI, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Productivity and ESG capabilities. Manage strategic technology vendors and partnerships. Lead globally distributed teams and external partners. Ensure governance, data privacy, compliance and operational excellence. Build and continuously evolve a modern product-centric operating model. Contributing your strengths: your qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation or Enterprise Technology leadership. Strong experience supporting Corporate Functions environments. Deep understanding of enterprise platforms and business process transformation. Proven track record in managing global portfolios and budgets. Demonstrated success leading large international transformation programs. Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
