GOTEC Group is an internationally operating, innovative company in the fields of surface coating, plastic injection molding, metal processing, and mechanical engineering, and a strategic partner to the global automotive industry.  As we continue to grow, we are always looking for dedicated talent and experienced experts.  To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a: Head of Global ERP Applications \*\*(m/f/d)\*\* Location: Wülfrath / Remote / Global Responsibility Your Profile: We expect you to think and act independently and entrepreneurially, to organize yourself well, and to be a motivated, pragmatic team player with a hands on mentality and a can do attitude, who is well versed in common office software. In addition, we specifically expect the following from you: -         Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable technical background combined with strong business knowledge -         Proven leadership experience in international IT or application management, preferably within manufacturing or automotive -         Extensive experience with ERP systems (Comarch, SAP, or similar), EDI, and business process harmonization -         Track record in leading global rollouts, including Business One and comparable enterprise systems -         Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands on approach -         Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills -         High degree of international mobility and willingness to travel -         Fluent English, Polish and German are an advantage Your Responsibilities: If you want to face the exciting challenges of the automotive industry every day and keep a cool head in stressful situations, the following tasks await you after intensive onboarding: - Lead, coach and develop the Applications team and key users across all sites - Establish clear governance structures and performance standards for the global ERP and EDI landscape - Own the harmonization of Comarch ERP rollouts and EDI projects worldwide - Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the existing Business One rollout - Define and implement global KPIs and reporting systems for application performance - Establish and lead standardization of processes, master data, and best practices - Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across all application systems What We Offer: At GOTEC, you can expect varied and demanding tasks in a dynamic team with flat hierarchies, as well as excellent professional development and advancement opportunities.
