As Head of Software Product Management (m/f/d) for one of our business areas, you coordinate, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers. You shape and contribute to the corporate strategy, design the end-to-end product strategy, and oversee its successful implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle. With your analytical mindset, you monitor market trends, develop market and competitive strategies, and regularly review and optimize product strategies for sustainable growth. In close collaboration with the development team, you create detailed roadmaps and release plans, conduct effort estimations, and support product management in setting priorities. With your exceptional communication skills, you actively participate in sales events and marketing initiatives, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the product vision. Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), ideally in health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, with a proven track record in developing user-centered products. A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university, in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field, demonstrating your academic excellence. Comprehensive expertise in data management, data protection, and regulatory requirements, enabling you to craft innovative solutions that comply with the highest standards. Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, along with facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills that drive successful product development. A passion for creative problem-solving, paired with strong analytical skills and curiosity about diverse topics - fluent German and English skills required.
