Field Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

For our international client in the electrical engineering industry, we are looking for a dedicated Product Quality Engineer EMEIA (m/f/d) to join the team at the Freising location. The position is available immediately on a full-time basis (35-40 hours per week) through temporary employment, with the option of permanent employment. Responsibilities: - Management of customer product returns related to quality and reliability issues across the EMEIA region - Coordination and ownership of the complete 8D problem-solving process from issue investigation through resolution - Analysis of customer feedback and quality data to identify root causes and drive continuous product quality improvements - Evaluation and clarification of quality-related issues within customer applications in collaboration with manufacturing sites and business units - Monitoring and assessment of quality performance for automotive, industrial and consumer products - Preparation of technical documentation, data analyses and 8D reports to support quality and reliability activities Requirements: - Master´s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline - At least two years of professional experience in quality engineering or a related technical environment - Sound knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, semiconductor products and failure analysis - Experience with the 8D problem-solving methodology and its practical application - Knowledge of electrical failure verification and fault isolation techniques - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and identifying systematic quality issues - Proactive, structured and independent working style combined with a high level of ownership and problem-solving ability - Excellent communication and customer-facing skills as well as fluent English, both written and spoken Your Benefits at Tempton Next Level Experts: - Permanent employment contract - Secure position with exciting projects at leading companies - Competitive salary in accordance with the applicable GVP/DGB collective agreement as a minimum - Holiday and Christmas bonus, plus capital-forming benefits - Up to 30 days of annual leave - Exclusive employee discounts with numerous well-known brands - Exciting insights and responsible tasks - Individual support and active career development - Personalized onboarding and regular feedback meetings Do you have any questions?
