Engineering Manager (f/m/x)

Our products are data-driven by design - powered by event-driven architectures, complex business logic, and fast feedback loops. You stay close to the technology and drive key technical decisions: architecture, system design, and critical implementation work when it matters. You work tightly with Product, Data, and Design to turn ambitious goals into execution that's fast, scalable, and reliable. You actively contribute to system design, critical code paths, and technical problem solving. You collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Engineering, and BI teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
