A Snapshot of Your Day  Join us as Data Readiness and Migration Manager (f/m/d), where you will take the lead in driving end-to-end data readiness activities essential for a successful data migration during our business process transformation towards PLM360 (Teamcenter) and S/4 HANA (S4E-Unify). You will spearhead the Data Readiness team, collaborating with both internal and external partners to define effective migration strategies, enhance data quality, and ensure that business-critical data is primed for implementation milestones. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, tackling complex data challenges, managing migration risks, and facilitating seamless integration between engineering and enterprise platforms in a dynamic global transformation environment. How You’ll Make an Impact  * Definition and execution of global data migration strategies, plans, mappings, and cut-over runbooks, as well as end-to-end migration support across PLM, SAP, and other enterprise systems * Coordination of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading activities across source and target systems * Support of mock migrations and dress rehearsals to ensure deployment readiness * Acting as the primary point of contact for business teams, IT counterparts, and external vendors, including concise status and progress reporting * Driving the definition and collection of business requirements, as well as the validation of data mappings * Contribution to the continuous improvement of migration methodologies, templates, and tooling What You Bring * Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise-wide data migration and transformation programs, ideally with Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA * Proven expertise in data readiness, data governance, data quality management, and migration execution * Strong understanding of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach * Excellent project, stakeholder, communication, and collaboration skills in global and cross-functional environments About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
