Capital Fulfillment Project Manager (m/f/d)

For our valued partner in the energy industry, we are currently looking for a Capital Fulfillment Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin. You will join an organization that accelerates capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream and works in tightly connected workstreams such as Fulfillment, Installation, and Qualification. The setting is cross functional and execution focused. Supply chain priorities meet engineering requirements, shop floor realities, and ramp up timelines. Plans evolve quickly, stakeholders are sometimes distributed globally, and progress is steered through standard work, daily management routines, and structured continuous improvement. Your tasks: - Lead project management activities to ensure on time delivery of capital equipment projects - Build, maintain, and continuously improve Smartsheet schedules as single source of truth - Create new integrated schedules covering sourcing, procurement, installation, and qualification activities - Align Fulfillment with Installation workstreams and coordinate interfaces to Supply Chain and Engineering - Drive progress across the Capex purchasing process by coordinating step owners and stakeholders - Support business case activities, technical specification creation, and the RFQ and PO process - Facilitate Kaizens and roadmap sessions to enable capacity ramp up and standard work - Identify and implement cost out opportunities and scheduling process improvements with business impact Your qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a comparable field - Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally related to Capex or capital equipment - Strong project scheduling expertise, preferably with Smartsheet, including building and maintaining complex schedules - Continuous improvement leadership exposure, for example Kaizen, Lean, Standard Work, and Daily Management - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a hands on, execution focused mindset - ERP experience is a plus, AI exposure is a plus We offer you: - A permanent employment contract - Competitive compensation - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Opportunities for professional development and training - A great working atmosphere and a highly motivated team Show us what drives and motivates you – apply now and become part of our inspiring corporate culture!
