- Responsible for the technical support of aircraft events and acting
as the technical focal point for AMTAC, Services Engineering, and CAMO
- Creation, tracking, and systematic follow-up of technical service
requests
- Conduction of industrial impact and feasibility analyses regarding
proposed technical repairs and engineering solutions
- Ensuring technical concurrence with Services Engineering throughout
the overall repair processes
- Definition and ongoing optimization of manufacturing and
maintenance processes, fully balancing technical excellence and
economic aspects
- Close interaction with the entire maintenance organization and
vital support areas, including finance, customer representatives, and
the program management office
- Completed university degree in engineering, aerospace technology,
or a comparable academic qualification (at least a bachelor degree)
- More than 3 years of profound professional experience within
engineering, the aerospace industry, or manufacturing engineering
- Proven technical knowledge of the A400M aircraft platform as well
as practical experience in aircraft maintenance (MRO)
- Detailed specialized IT skills in MS Office, SAP, and ideally
initial experience with specific A400M tools such as OPAL, AIRN@V, or
MDS
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset, distinctive customer
orientation, and absolute dedication to working within a collaborative
team environment
- Business fluent English skills; knowledge of the German language is
considered a valuable plus

Job Conditions:
- Working hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Salary range (Target bracket EG11, ERA Lower Saxony): Approx.
€72,000 to €85,000 gross annual salary (depending on specific
professional experience and qualifications, factoring in the Airbus
standard equal-pay progression steps)
